Ordered deli pretzels on the pick and pull. Was told by the deli manager that I could not have them because I did not call a head of time. Even though they are available online for club pick up.
I just want to give a shout out to Sam’s Club! I had purchased trash bags from there and about half way thru the roll there were several that had holes in the bags. I called the number on the box just to notify them that there was a defect so they could be aware and they told me they would replace them. Awesome thank you! Today I get a call from the manufacturer that made said bags and they are also going to send me a gift card for the value of the bags. Ordered a mattress/box spring set, box spring delivered. Mattress not delivered due to not being entered properly after I ordered it. After over a week of trying to get this handled still could not be given an idea of when delivery would happen. Requested they come pick up box spring and refund money. Will be canceling membership tonight. Horrible customer service, will not shop with again.
Very disappointing. Ask some associates for help and said they were busy and couldn’t. But I saw them not even two minutes later bs’ing with another associate about there plans for the weekend! Rude young staff members!
7am cell phone sale- train wreck. Not prepared!!!!
