I love this store it's my candy store I go so much I have great wonderful experience all smile.....
The place was filthy! The bathroom was nasty and the food court had food and juice all over the floor. I went to talk with management and no one came so after about 15 minutes do we left the store. Very disappoint in Sam’s.
I have had a membership for 2 years. Last night, my husband went in to return an item that was expired and nasty. Our membership expired and we didn't want to renew right then. We were not shopping last night as it was 15 mins before closing. The associate acted as if we were commiting a crime by returning something. She took our card and didn't give it back because we didn't want to renew. She gave us store credit that we can't use now. What a slap in the face. Not sure we will renew now!
Top-notch customer service day at the O'Fallon Sam's Club! The associate checking carts upon exit happened to notice it didn't look like we had 18 items in our cart per the app receipt. After looking closer, he found that we somehow had paid for a quantity of five with only one of the item in our cart. His attention to detail resulted in a huge savings to us. Thank you so very much!!
