I usually have a good experience, but today I got there about 15 minutes before my membership allowed me. I told the salesperson at the door I wanted pay my dues so she said "go ahead to the service counter". About 10 minutes later the same person comes to help clear the line and tell me I shouldn't even be in the building and I can't pay my membership until 10am ( mind you it is now 9:52) and I could stand at the door and get back in line at 10.
