Sam's has never been good. Now it just gets worse. Not only did they cause me to lose $80 back in January (which they never made up for or apologized for) now they can't even figure out how to do something simple like give out samples. I saw a cheese and thought it might be good. But took a pass since I didn't know. 5 minutes later I found a sample station w that same cheese. The woman was cutting slices and I said I had seen that one and wanted to try it. She said it would take 20 min. I said I just wanted to try one slice.... read more
I have been here for over 30 minutes waiting to pick up an item I ordered on line for in store pick up. Can't get anyone to tell me why it's taking so long. What a huge waste of my time.
Witnessed a fellow customer completely disrespect Tom, a disabled employee, and he was visibly upset by it. I said something to the customer but was waved off as if her actions were acceptable. I brought this to the manager Aaron's attention asking him to immediately address the issue and say something for which he chuckled at me "because of the way I phrased something" and did nothing. Best service ever in the Bakery Department. I NEVER get my cakes or cupcakes from anywhere else. Electronics, they have the best prices. The photo department is the best!
