In car and saw a man who works at Sam's Club and yes he was gathering carts in the pouring rain and yes that may be 'his job' but NO he did not have to stop to go over and help unload the cart of a man in need of assistance. He did have to help the man into his car and take the motor cart thingy back in the store before returning to the carts he was bringing back in the store. They need to improve their service, specially at the receiving. I been standing here at least 20 minutes and nobody has even stopped by and ask if I need assistance, also by past experiences waited up to 7 hrs just to deliver their supplies
Simply an awesome club with awesome people that work there they go above and beyond every single day if you need help,they will assist and take care of you.
I love shopping at Sam's club, it's cheaper & budget friendly. It would also be good enough if the restrooms will be maintain & properly clean. The mini snack bar will also be improved for customer best service, thank you.
I went to Sam's Club. It is what it is. Bulk purchasing for the enterprising American on a budget.
Very poor service at the café. Need training. I order pizza family combo + 2 litter bottle of soda. Hesitate to give cups. I learned something next time i will bring my own cups or i will just shop at costco their café has better service.
