Evanston location has started going downhill in the cafe area. Yesterday, garbage everywhere and left behind half eaten food on the tables. Yes, shame on the customers who did it too...clean up after yourself. But seems like no one ever wipes the tables down either. The people that shop there are an extra special bunch too...rude to employees and other fellow customers too.

Who work in the tire department. Liars. Ask for a specific frame of the car. They are not kind. And cheaper. And the mistake of them. When we ask. Change the frame. They say you should pay the new frame price. I do not think we will deal again with you. Because these are considered theft.
So disappointed in Evanston Illinois location. I understand it's the holidays but the parking lot is a disaster and another customer and myself had to jump out of the way to avoid being hit by a speeding car. Not to mention ' Ann' the woman handing out cake at the entrance. I love Sams Club but would never visit this location again.
My membership is due for renewal in Nov. This store is no longer carrying items I purchase. Corporate office tells me they do carry these items. The manager at the Evanston Store is never available. Corporate office is not getting back to me with answers to my questions. I WILL NOT be renewing my membership.
Great prices on large quantities - perfect for throwing large parties!
Do not get a precut fruit platter. I bought one today, the fruit was inedible, and over ripe. I should have looked more closely, but the expiration was 6/20. Can't return it. Threw it away.
