The pick-up orders are the worst. I order online for my business but EVERY time theres something wrong. 100 of the wrong items. Not ready at the time I request. One time they told me it was ready, charged me, and when I went to pick up, there was NOTHING. The workers in the back scratching their heads and trying to figure out where my order is. I keep trying the online ordering because I've lugged 500+lbs of waterbottles and cheese cans through the store and even though I'm a tiny girl, no one has offered to help. Sam's Club... read more

This Sams club has been the worst SAMs I been to.. The workers are lazy and slow. How do you have someone wait 20 mins for a pick up order.. Then the lazy women tells me I'm better off picking it up Monday thru Thursday ummm no how about u just move faster
Im on hold as I type and have been for 15 minutes waiting for the bakery! Ridiculous!!!
I love it to do my shopping grocery at Sam club especially I love to eat the Hot dog mmmmmmmm yummy
I love my Sam's in Evanston. Nothing fancy, but they carry great stuff at a great price. Crew at the pharmacy are super friendly, fast and professional. Gas station has the lowest prices around, definitely worth the trip!
