I love this place for giving me a new appreciation for yoga. The teachers are wonderful and I always feel welcomed ! The sunrise yoga outdoors is better than coffee! I thank Sama for changing my life ...and my body little by little. Thanks to Kim and the other instructors for their guidance help in my yoga practice.
I am in awe of the comfort inside this space. What is sometimes difficult is acheiavble in the warmth that has been created. I feel safe and loved here. Thank you.

If you are looking for an attentive and loving space to practice, this is it. Kim is a fantastic instructor and has helped me in just two classes. Hopefully there will be many more.
