RecommendedI’ve been attending classes at sama since June 2018. And now work at the front desk. I’ve learned so much from the instructors there. They are very attentive, helping you with modifications and what your body needs. Some classes are challenging which I love and some classes are slow and relaxing which I also love. I started visiting Sama early in 2018 on a whim, since they were local and I'd always wanted to try yoga. Since then I've gone on to try nearly every variety of class, and at least one class with every teacher. There is so much variety at Sama, that it truly has something for everyone. The studio is beautiful and functional, it's ideally located in downtown Dundee, there's accessible and ample parking, and best of all are the people! I’ve been coming to SAMA for about 2 months and I love it! The studio is inviting and the teachers are so knowledgeable and welcoming. I was coming from a mostly home practice so the gentle adjustments and verbal cues have really helped me elevate and deepen my practice . So far I’ve attended class with Kim and Gloria but I’m looking forward to going to more classes now that I’ve signed up for an unlimited membership. Love love love it here!

I'm just visiting the area for business. I've taken in two classes and Toni and Kim were instructing. They both were extremely welcoming and helpful, challenging all experience levels present. I love the vibe of this studio and the people in it. I've been practicing for 9 months now, primarily Bikram and Hot Vinyasa flow. These classes have been a welcome addition to my practice and I've learned a lot in just those two classes. Thank you Toni and Kim!
