I attended class as a guest, and felt like I had found a Cadillac version of my gym membership yoga classes! Kim was very knowledgeable, and advocated for proper form. SAMA is clean, spacious, friendly, and restful. I loved the extra time to really dig into my practice. I will be back!

Sama Yoga is located in the cute downtown area of West Dundee, so passing the inviting storefront many, many times has had me curious about what the classes were like. I signed up for a 10 pack and was not disappointed. My first session was with Jim followed by one with Toni. Every fear about yoga (what to squeeze, how to breath, etc.) was erased with their amazing direction. I only first tried SAMA a few weeks ago and have since taken several classes and with a variety of teachers. Every time I am happy with the instruction and the atmosphere. A wonderful place to be.
I absolutely love this place. I travel to the area frequently for work and Kim and her group have welcomed me as one of their own.

I attended a class that was more advanced than my skills and I was welcomed regardless of my ability. I never once felt ‘behind’ or that i was slowing down the others. Kim gave me help in my poses and corrected me where necessary. I love coming to Sama because of the feeling I get being there, like it’s a family who truly cares about each other.

This was my first but not last time I walked into SAMA. As soon as I stepped in through the door I immediately felt calm, relaxed and welcomed! This studio has amazing beautiful energy. I highly recommend this to anyone looking for a great yoga studio.

I'm fairly new to yoga, but SAMA has made me feel welcome since day one. I started with the RAW beginners class and have since attended 10 more classes. Each and every teacher (so far I've experienced 5 different teachers) has been great, encouraging you to push yourself just a bit more, all without judgement. I look forward to my yoga with SAMA and will be going as long as I'm in the area.
