SAMA Yoga and Wellness is a game changer. As a person who suffers from anxiety, I need a place I can turn to that soothes my worries; SAMA is just that. As soon as I walk into the door, I feel a sense of calm and relief. The environment is warm and the instructors are so inviting. As long as I live in the Elgin area, I will be rolling out my mat at SAMA.

Instructors are amazing and really take time to teach proper techniques. This is a very fun, friendly environment. You won't be disappointed. In 4 months I have noticed a difference with getting toned. Challenging classes well worth it...
Sama is wonderful, very relaxed and welcoming environment! Jim teaches a RAW yoga classes for beginners and I mean beginners. He is patient, kind and very endearing. Absolutely, no judging or preconceived notions at this studio!! Will definitely be returning!!
My first experience at a Sama yoga class was wonderful. The welcoming staff and expertise of the instructor, along with a relaxed comfortable atmosphere was more than anticipated. I've always said my body needs yoga! I definitely enjoyed getting back to it at SAMA!
Last Sunday morning's class was outstanding! Kim did a wonderful job of adapting the class to each individual's needs.
Wonderful, warm inviting environment with a great staff and even greater yoga. IMHO... the best yoga you will find in the Fox Valley... and beyond!
