Jim is an amazing instructor, very knowledgeable. I have taken 2 different classes and both were excellent!
My first visit at Sama yoga and wellness was quite the treat! The restorative yoga session was nothing but relaxing and revitalizing. The studio is very clean, comfortable and Aesthetically pleasing. SAMA is the best yoga studio in IL. The staff is friendly and very excellent when it comes to teaching. They offer a variety of classes for every level! You gotta check out SAMA!
Kim is not only the best yoga instructor 'Ever' but she is also funny, classes always interesting and she is very knowedgeable on all physical and mental aspects of the practice. Would highly recommend!
Wonderful instructors in a warm inviting atmosphere :) I just took my first week of classes with Kim who will challenge you, push you to your limit, bring awareness to every part of your body and each moment of your practice- She is an absolutely amazing instructor! I also had the pleasure of attending a vision board workshop with Toni, another incredible and beautiful soul -I got so much out of it and look forward to taking her yoga classes!

Unbelievable yoga instruction!!!! This is the absolute best yoga in Illinois. Kim never ceases to amaze me. Just when you thought it couldn't get any better, she outdoes herself every time!!!! And then there is Anna, another superb instructor!!!! She can take a simple pose and challenge you with that sweet voice of hers!!! Love, love love Sama....
Everything is amazing: the classes, the instructors, the people, the ambience. It's a place to detox your mind, body and soul!
