Did this provider rush your appointment? No, I was able to ask as many questions as I wanted How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited? There is no comparison! Was the waiting area spacious? Yes Does this provider have helpful information available online? Yes, they have a great website and are present in many online directories Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

Dr Romano and his staff are by far the most caring and professional dental team I have ever visited. His equipment is state of the art and he takes time to analyze the problem then completely explain his proposed treatment plan along with estimated costs. Ginny is an amazingly knowledgeable and friendly dental hygienist whose careful focus put me completely at ease. I would definitely recommend Dr Romano to anyone who is looking for an excellent dentist.

Dr Romano is a very skilled and compassionate dentist. His staff is wonderful. The hygienist Kay and Ginny are both extremely educated and efficient. Highly recommend this office.

Did this provider use excessive foul language? Somewhat. It was a little excessive. Was the toothpaste used during your cleaning enjoyable? No, it didn't taste good at all Did this provider rush your appointment? Not too much, but somewhat Did you receive sample toothbrushes or toothpaste to take home? A couple, but not very many Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? Yes, but it didn't bother me much

I've never seen a dental office that cares about their patients more than they do. They've never pressured me to get dental procedures I don't need, and they always have my best interest in mind. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places.

They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I loved that they let me rinse my mouth every few minutes during my procedure. It's always uncomfortable trying to sit through an entire procedure without being able to rinse or relax your jaw for a minute. When I left my appointment, my mouth felt cleaner than it's ever felt. They did such a fantastic job. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important.

Sam is the best dentist that I or anyone in my immediate family has ever had. He is recognized nationally and instructs other dentists in the most cutting edge dental techniques. Even with the most modern equipment and techniques, Sam still knows when to apply the simplest, most practical technique to get the more routine jobs done at reasonable cost and without complications.
