The staff was friendly and the food was okay. I had fried fish, fries veggies, and fried shrimp and it all seem to taste the same. I guess everything gets fried in the same fryer. The mash potato was delicious and the environment was laid back and relaxing. Overall it was just okay. Once I peeled the fried breading off the flounder it actually had a good flavor and was moist and tender.
I loved Sam n Omies. The staff was friendly and efficient. You never had to ask for a refill. You just felt at home. Keep up the good work. Hope to see you soon
.this is a Nags Head staple that never fails to deliver a great seafood meal! Simple down home décor that adds to the experience. Good service tops it off.

The best breakfast on the beach! Highly recommend the hot cakes and the sausage gravy, you can't go wrong with either.

We have made Sam and Omies our "must go" place for years now. The staff is fantastic and the she crab soup is perfect.
Great little breakfast spot. Such a relaxing and homefelt atmosphere. We ordered the 2 egg breakfast, crab benedict and homemade cinnamon roll! Freaking delish. Service was super quick once seated. The place is a well oiled machine.
