Best food on the outer banks! Fresh, down home southern cooking! I had blackened mahi special and it was out of this world!! Been coming to obx for 35years and by far best meal and value I've ever had!

I've heard about this place for a long time and I'm so glad that I finally had the chance to try it. Food was great and so was the staff. Hope to go back again on the next trip.

The food was ok...not the best She-Crab I have ever had. But we had to sit at the bar because it was busy and the waitress/ bartender who helped us was very rude... hardly acknowledged our presence and did not offer more coffee for my friend and didn't bring me water I had requested. She just ignored us after she took our order.....that kind of service probably won't get her many tips....and certainly no accolades from us. Poor service does nothing to enhance the flavor of the food.
It been an OBX tradition for me for 30 years. Little slow on the food this time, but it's that time of year and it was packed. Food as good as always. See ya next time.
If you want an authentic Nags Head experience go to Sam and Omies! Great food....friendly local staff...beautiful wood floors....and no stuffy atmosphere!
