Never have I been treated more horribly by a service department after spending over $1100 in repairs. Dropped my car off last Monday and didn't get it back until Tuesday this week. Not so upset about the timeline due to the holiday but I am very upset with the quality of the repair. Took my car in to have the alternator replaced only for them to tell me afterwards that the entire PCM had mysteriously gone bad and needed to be replaced as well. Really Interesting that I can go to a dealership out of town and get a Hellcat and not pay $10,000.00 above list price. I will be filing a complaint to SRT Customer Service after the Holidays and Have proof of them in writing about how they wanted to make even more above sticker -- I can see paying Sticker price - but for this dealership to charge above sticker price is a clear violation.
