I recently had my SUV totaled which I was inlove with. I had spoken to salesmen in multiple lots that had shown me several options and not one compared to my previous SUV. Having to buy a new car is not at the top of my list of favorite things to do. But....James King was our sales person and I cannot say enough about his understanding of what we were looking for and his patience through the whole process. We had 2 recent trips to the service department for my Wife's van. The first trip left me a bit frustrated so I called and communicated with the manager my concerns. He asked me to give them the opportunity to make the mistake right, they went out of there way and got everything taken care both in a timely manner and at a discounted price. I came in late on a Friday not expecting to buy a car only test drive....walked away with signed papers at 845p when they closed at 8p and no attitude about being held over late...the next day I was getting text updates on my car from the great salesman Jacob Perry so I knew when I could come pick it up.
