Literally the worst service. Have to fight tooth and nail to get anything done. A/C went out.....see you next Wednesday. Pieces of my Grand Cherokee LITERALLY flew off my car and I had to beg to get it fixed because I was over mileage. It really seems like Jeep just does not stand behind their product. If Honda car A/C went out in less than two years....they would just cover it.

We purchased a 2015 Dodge Caravan back in September. Just recently my dad was changing the oil and rotating the tires on our van and discovered that we were not given a spare tire. We called the sales manager named Jason and asked why we did not have one. He told us that the salesman should have given us an option when we were purchasing the van, either a spare tire or a seal kit. May 26th I took my Jeep into Sam Leman and the service writer Kyler proceeds to tell me that my Jeep was no longer under warrantee and that it expired on April 26th 2016. I advised him that my warranty was a 5 year warranty or 100,000. I purchased the Jeep on January 2012 so therefore I’m well within my warranty as my miles were only at 80,000.
