WARNING TO LOCALS ! I went to LEMANS CHEVROLET to get an oil change. They asked me if I wanted a free inspection too. Sure, I thought. I was then informed that I needed a LOT of work done... ~ $1200 worth!! I almost said ok just do it but I hesitated because I know that dealers charge more and I didn't have my credit card. Jacob Perry has the patience of Job! I had been searching for a very specific car online, and finally found it at Sam Leman in Illinois. I contacted the dealership, and as luck would have it, Jacob Perry was assigned to be my salesman. Seth Shephard is excellent. I've bought three vehicles from Seth now. He's always professional, responsive, and provides great customer service.
I went their website to look around and found a car I was interested in. So when I called I spoke with Seth. Unfortunately that car was not available for me but Seth worked on finding the right vehicle Non-Stop. Within 48 hours I was behind the wheel of my new car. He stayed in touch with me while searching and gave me options until we found the right one. I couldn't be happier!
