Had to wait while the salesmen were in a meeting. Didn't come down off the price
First, the Internet Manager contacted me to ask if we were still interested in the car we found online. We asked for more info about the car on the weekend but they didn't respond to us until Monday morning. Then they said we could come see the car that Monday afternoon. Soon after that phone call we received another phone call from a salesperson saying that car was no longer available because it "did not meet the standards of Galloway Ford to resell". Set up appointment to see car. When I got there they told me the car had been sold at auction. About a week later I saw a price drop on this car at the same dealership! Bait and switch. They wanted to sell me a mustaing.
I enjoy this business, but I dont like how they have the highest dealer markup on GT350s in the whole country.
Just surfing for vehicle they did contact me i never responded
The people I worked with were very knowledgeable and courteous.
Not good at all First great response, set up apptm and when I got there could never even see car, was still in service.. They never even let me know if it ever got out of service
They were very quick to respond but did not give me any info on vehicle. Instead stated I needed to contact them directly.
