Great experience with the dealership overall. Worked with Keith who was amazing in getting all the information that we needed over the phone and he even sent me text message pictures of the vehicle we purchased. The dealership already had the best price in all of southern Florida and they still have me a little break and even through in a tire rotation and a detailing of the car before we left. Overall a great experience and will purchase from this dealer again.
Raymond Good of Sam Galloway responded quickly and kept in touch for over a week. I bought this 2011 Lincoln MKZ Hybrid (Certified Pre-Owned) at the CarGurus internet listed price. The car was exactly as listed. The only part of the transaction that wasn't exemplary was that both he and the credit manager urged me to buy the extended warranty, saying the CPO warranty was 12 months/12000 miles. Even though they said they would honor the internet price, I don't trust this dealership enough to drive across state...they advertise one price and when you ask the bottom line to deal they raise the price by A LOT..was I not shopping in the internet...then they said it was over $700 to get out of my lease...well bought a car this weekend and the honest car dealer only charged me what it was $300.......so be very careful!!
Their email communication was very dependable and I liked how they worked together as a team to help me buy my latest car.
