This was the worst experience I’ve ever had trying to buy a car. I had my own financing and I wanted to register the car in West Virginia, but this dealership had a policy that they would not register it anywhere outside of the tri-state area I asked twice to have a used sales manager, call me and that has never happened.
The salesman did not want to sell; he wanted to take an order. He left much on the table due to his impatience and unwillingness to listen to the customers' needs. Very poor attempt for someone who is pre-approved to purchase the listed vehicle.
Start to finish, EXCELLENT experience!!!
Contacted sales wouldn’t sell vehicle at advertise d price said it dept made a mistake raised price on car gurus 3500 dollars
