Bought a certified vehicle and had it shipped to me. BEWARE! CERTIFIED should have had everything checked and working. Had to take in for repairs as soon as it arrived. $60K Navigator.
The review below, I posted yesterday. This site will not let me update or delete. UPDATE: After a few conversations, I truly believe it was all a miscommunication. We were able to pick our car up and only pay the amount we had agreed to. Lessons learned all around.
Unfortunately, tried to pad our bill through the collision center by about $1000. We bought a new 2021 Lincoln Aviator from this dealership about a year ago. Took it in for 3 required recalls, regular oil change, a complete once over, top to bottom, including detailing inside and out, 2 tire repairs, a seat repair and 1 body repair. Can I give it "0" stars? We have a new vehicle with only 5328 miles on it. While traveling the power steering had an issue with an error message that it needed to be towed. Sam Galloway in Ft. Myers was the closest ford dealership. They are refusing to honor the warranty for repairs and would not provide a loaner car. They have had the car 5 days ( admittedly over the weekend) and have not even started to repair. Yesterday (Sept. 26 th), I arrived at Galloway Service Lane for an a/c repair (hardly any fan air and virtually no cool air at all)! At first I was advised that I didn't have an appt. and it might be a few days before I could have my a/c diagnosed and repaired. Living in Fla. that was not the answer I was looking for.
