Our salesperson Eddy was wonderful. The all too full of himself manager not so much. Don't even think about offering anything less than whatever over-priced sticker they have on the window. The manager practically laughed us out of the showroom. Not even the slightest counter offer. Tells me he can't even replace the vehicle for what they have it snickered. Im surprised they can stay in business with the unaccommodating attitude. No t even an attempt to sell me and my wife a vehicle. May have lost my business forever.

Received call back on Sunday and was told they would have to get back to me because they didn’t know if they had the vehicle. Called Monday to tell me it was sent to auction. Vehicle is still posted on CarGurus site a week later. Was contacted by a second salesperson who wanted me to schedule an appointment to have my vehicle appraised even though they didn’t have a vehicle to sell me. Sales staff clearly doesn’t know what they are doing.
Absolutely amazing. No nonsense super helpful. Kept me up to date and the finance lady was all about helping your budget. They have a life long customer with me and my family. Thank you again Sam Galloway Ford
