About this business

Established in 2013, Salvage BBQ is renowned for its barbecue dishes which are smoked in a special oven fueled by wood from the red oak trees of Maine. You can sit at the bar and order and order some local microbrews and bourbons along with hearty barbecue specialties or settle in the dining area with your families and let the kids entertain themselves with the arcade games available here. Come in on a Saturday evening for foot-tapping live music performances.

Their mac and cheese was the best in the city until they changed it.... Other than that. I like this place.

unbelievable. a must for any pre or post Sea Dog games. we will definitely be back. delicious and obvious that those who run the place have done their BBQ homework. I almost want to take another 90 minute drive just to go back for some more ribs. run, do not walk, if you are a fan of BBQ.

Great atmosphere and great beer selection! The BBQ, well that's not that great at all! The pulled pork had zero smoke flavor and was extremely dry but yet full of fat! The brisket was some of the driest and over cooked (maybe reheated) I have ever had! The sauces are ok!

Business response:

We are sorry to hear that, as we pride ourselves on our meats being quite the opposite. PM us your name and address and we'll send you a gift certificate so you can come back and try us again.

I had a sausage and the Mac n cheese. Oh and a side of delicious pickles that reminded me of the kind my mom used to make :) Delish! Husband had a half rack of ribs, collard greens and a muffin and could barely finish the wings! $36 well spent in my opinion!
