Went here on our way to another restaurant. We decided to eat here because it smelled so good outside and we weren't disappointed! Everything was great but the one thing that stood out was the Chili my husband is still talking about it. Can we have the recipe.?� We were there on vacation from California can't wait to go back .
Recently Salvage BBQ & Smokehouse was a fantastic choice for an impromptu family celebration.Yummy food, ample drink options, friendly employees and comfortable seating accommodated three generations of my family as well as friends. Thank you Salvage for helping us commemorate a special weekend.

Food was amazing great pork brisket ribs, the collards were to die for same as the mac and cheese definitely worth the stop. Plus great price for the good food and huge potions
The pork was amazing. The brisket was overcooked though. Loved the greens, beans and large variety of hot sauces. You can tell they're trying really hard. It's s fun place with a large bar and great staff.
