Best BBQ I've ever had, loved the atmosphere, great staff A++
Got the full rack of ribs at lunchtime. Flavor was great and good sized portion. But, the meat was very tough and didn't come off the bone easily. Food temp a little on the lukewarm side. I was expecting better ribs than I can make at home. Mac & cheese I liked, but very expensive for the portion size. No sides included with entrees.
I went today with some co-workers, clearly we were business people, who each ordered our own meal. Some people ordered a tray others just 1/2lb of this or that. I ordered a tray with the intention to take some leftovers home. They showed up with the food, all mixed up on 2 trays. "Ohh here's 1/4lb of pulled pork here, and I think this is the fatty brisket here. I think this your 1/2lb of Brisket" It was a total cluster.
