Good for the most part. Service was a little slow but they were busy. Steak flavor was very good but not quite medium rare as I ordered. They did try to make it a good dining experience. My Especial margarita was delicious but pricey.
I enjoyed my steak and shrimp as usual. I need to try more of the menu.
The food was amazing. The waitress was great. I told her that we go threw drinks pretty fast and she stayed on top of them. Very happy ending to our anniversary.

The food and the service was great . As always.. The wait time sucked .. I know it was Valentine's but when you have been waiting a hour and half and you walk thru the place and there are 5 or 6 empty tables I have a problem with that .. just saying .. ��
I absolutely love Saltgrass Steak House. The customer service is never a disappointment and the food is always amazing.
My steak turned out just how I like it. Taylor is a great server.
