Went New Year’s Day around 2:30. Not super busy. Few people waiting in waiting area. Checked in and host said about a 20 minute wait... I asked why so long because I could clearly count at least 25 open tables? She completely ignored my question. Our waitress was very nice, but never brought our salads, and macaroni & cheese was cold. They did offer dessert in place of salads though. Thought that was pretty nice of them.

Waited about 15 minutes on our drinks to come to the table waited 10 minutes for appetizer then after appetizer came not rven 3minutes later our food came.. not able to enjoy our appetizer nor our drinks. Poor management on how 2 teach a server how to wait a table
Salt Grass in Mesquite is my favorite steak place. The best part of my visit is that the staff will always do what they can to bring you what you want. You want a different or extra side not normally served with your order? No problem. If they got it, you can have it. Thanks guys and gals. Always a class act.
