Yesterday was my first day in this restaurant with friends trying to pass a good night in the beginning very nice waitress call Craig but when they closed the "manager" came to our table and told us, "my kitchen is clean, my bar too and you guys are still here? " he told us that we needed to get out. But he told us in the rudest way ever & too top it off he said that we we're no longer invited to his restaurant.
I loved it I like the ribeye steak n the service is good
They cooked my steak to perfection but the place is a little loud and crazy for a family dinner.
Go there all the time. Love their grilled chicken Caesar salad the best of anyone's. Of course I also love their chopped steak and fried shrimp. Great margaritas!
Wow! I try not to complain. But this little guy was hanging out on the wall, next to us. Everyone has experienced a roach... BUT. We noticed it when the manager was asking us about the quality of our steak. When I brought it to his attention, he apologized and walked away. DIDN'T REMOVE THE ROACH OR TRY TO MOVE US TO A DIFFERENT TABLE. When our waiter returned, I asked him if the roaches were "sacred " and couldn't be killed? After that, he removed the roach. This is my first time at saltgrass and it will be my last. First, I ordered a drink and the waiter gave my drink to another table, and I had to remind him three times about it. Secondly, my date ordered a well cooked steak, no pink in the middle with a baked potato. When the steak arrived it was still mooing, it was so pink in the middle. Ordering takeout from here is at your own risk. They never have the order ready on time and when you arrive to pick up you usually have to ask for assistance. Wilted lettuce and soggy croutons in my salad along with overcooked sandwiches and drops of old potatoes (not part of my order) in my containers. New management AGAIN promises changes. Very doubtful.
We always have wonderful service when we go in here. The bar is our favorite place to sit!! Food and drinks always come out in a timely manner and everything taste great.
Great steak how. Food was wonderful. Just visiting area. Would eat here again.
