Took the family and my Grandma out for Christmas Eve dinner. My prime rib was cooked to perfection, and seemed like everyone enjoyed their meals. Justice was our server, and she was great as well. She made sure everything was A+ at all times. Thank you for the great experience. Happy Holidays.

The food was great and the service by Carlo was excellent. He had such a great positive attitude.
Not bad, I had the porterhouse steak and garlic potatoes and it was my birthday. I didn't feel welcomed and the steak was just ok, the potatoes were stale. Maybe it was a bad day! :(
I've been to Saltgrass MANY MANY times. It's our go-to steakhouse when we don't want to spend the money & time on Brenners, Eddy Vs, etc. Our experience in Sat night was disappointing, not at all what we have experienced in the past. Our waitress was listless. Her recommendation on wine (I asked about their sole Malbec) was the Dark Horse cab stating it was their "best seller". They told me grandma she could not have a taste of the wine she wanted to try because they didn't have a bottle open. But if she wanted a glass they would open it. I'm sorry but that is awful service. You open a bottle of wine if someone wants to try it before buying it. You don't have a bottle "by the glass" if you cannot try it.
Steak not cooked accordingly. This particular branch is out of our list.
Great service .. great prime rib!.. love the mac and cheese!
