This is a races & discriminating franchise. I would strongly consider when bringing my business here . They are very prejudice and operate under poor management

Her salon is very hip and clean and Noy is very professional but personable. She cares about all her clients and makes sure each of us is happy with our results before we walk out the door. I have been going to her for close to 10 years and have recommended her to many of my friends, family and clients.

My daughter went there today, and the person (Tina) would not listen to my daughter’s request. So she left there today in tears, with the right half of her hair one length, and the other side a completely different length. She repeatedly told the lady what she wanted, a simple trim. Now’s she on the way to get it corrected. I’ll never recommend this place to anyone.

The only thing I can say is wow. Made an appointment last week to see my stylist today. I was a new client and texted her the day before to confirm my appointment. I left work and got to the salon at 950 for 10 o’clock appointment. I texted the stylist and waited for a reply. She texted me back and said she overslept. I said ok I can wait and she said well can you come tomorrow? I said no I have to work. Luckily I called a place called tangles and they was able to get me in.
