I was seen by Sarah and gave a picture of ombré I was wanting-I left with blonde streaks in my bangs after asking to keep my roots dark, my cut is uneven and the color turned out terrible. Was denied a refund and was told I wasn’t honest about my hair(totally not the case)

I got the absolute best haircut from Sarah Monares! I've always had a problem with an area on the back of my head. Not sure if it's a cowlick, but it was an area that I always had to work with to keep from looking like it was a bald spot, usually with limited success.
