I wanted babylights and Barbara provided! The salon was super sanitary, following COVID guidelines, the blonde turned out beautiful and not brassy, the cut and color was super affordable, and Barbara listened to all my needs! Will be coming back! 💓🌸💕

I scheduled a last minute wash/cut/blow dry today for the first time. Even double checked the price with the receptionist to make sure she understood what I wanted. I got in and the stylist immediately brought me to the chair and asked what I wanted done. After I told her she just started cutting it. No wash no nothing. I was so disappointed to finally have an hour to myself to get pampered all for a 5 minute quick cut. On top of that I had to stand the entire time because my hair is long. Kim is great! She does exactly what you ask for and she's been ”on time” for all my appointments. She also gave me good hair care advice for my hair type. Pricing is MORE than fair. Having long, thick hair (almost waist length) I'm usually charged, by other salons, twice what Kim charges.

I have been going to Amber for about 6 months. I live in Bristol and gladly drive to Torrington to have Amber do my hair. Amber is by far the most talented stylist I have ever been to. She took the time to get to know me and what my likes and dislikes were and what I wanted in my style and color.
