I went back and fourth about saying something regarding the services I received yesterday but I cannot ignore the amount of pain my hands are in. I came in yesterday for a dip manicure. I was given to Helen. Throughout the manicure I received numerous cuts around my cuticles. Four to be exact. She cut me numerous times while filing my nails. I am very unhappy. Arrived at 3:56 just now They don’t have time to do 2 pedicures in one hour Says they are booked There are 2 cars out front In other words, they want to leave early!✌🏻
I have been going here since they opened just tried to book appointment for 3 of us and was told it would take 1.5 hours to do so I said 3:30 and they said no they couldn't get us in... won't ever go back. Their customer service has plummeted and prices have gone up. VERY DISAPPOINTING
Had a very EXPENSIVE mani/pedi less than 3 day ago. Pedi was very disappointing and mani even more so disappointing. I tried to voice concerns to the salon leaders/owners before leaving and was adamantly dismissed. These pictures are 2 days after my $75+ mani/pedi. I will NEVER go back, but highly recommend Oasis in Hewitt they do an amazing job and aren’t dismissive like the management at POSH. DO NOT GO TO POSH. They are awful and disrespectful
I went to Posh Spa & Lounge for the first time Saturday April 27th 2019 with my two nieces and mother. That same day one of my nieces nail polish started to come off already. I got the Dip Nail and two days later (Monday) I had one nail brake just by picking something up out my purse. I wasn't able to go back in till Wednesday, May 1st for them to fix the broken nail & the guy who I went to cut my finger with scissors & the nail dosent look like all my other nails now (it's way thicker and wider).
