I have been going to Posh for a year now. I have gone to many places in my life but I enjoy the staff here very much and they make me feel like I am important to them and not just a random customer. I had Paige this time and she was so good and non judgmental of my not freshly shaven legs. I will definitely be asking for her in the future. On my second visit to this nail salon, I got dip nails. The girl who did them was very sweet but the sides of my nails were visible under the dip. I didn't really have too much of a problem with it until I noticed multiple nails lifting just 4 days later. I called them and I was given an appointment to have them fixed. I haven’t had my nails done in such a long time, so I decided to treat myself and boy was it worth it!! I had the tech Danny(I believe his name was) and he is AMAZING! He was super funny and I am so happy with my nails turned out. I will be coming here from now on.
Very disappointed. I was there at 9 o’clock for a pedicure and gel manicure. Two hours later after being moved four times I had a pedicure but no manicure. got my polish soaked off and finally told them to forget it and let me go home. They were short staff n kept shuffling me around. Literally 4 diff people n still didn’t get polish. Now my nails look like crap. Oh n the flip flop broke before i got out of there so i walked out in cold barefoot.
AMAZING Customer Service, and the Best Pedicure I've ever had. Everything is clean, and every tool they use on you in new. Definitely deserving of 5 Stars. I will never go anywhere else.
Most beautiful and relaxing nail salon in Waco! Great service, today I had the most relaxing dip manicure from zen, she was so gentle!
