We showed up for our appointment and the nice lady that greeted us informed us that the appointment before us added services to their appointment and the wait would be a little longer then expected. They accommodated us with a few $20 gift cards to make up for the long wait. We have been there many times and they always have the best customer service!! This is and always will be our go to nail salon �
My husband and I walked in and had excellent service from start to finish. We were greeted, seated, offered beverages, minimal wait time, and boy was it worth it!!! JJ did my pedicure and if it wasn't the best I have ever had it was right up there!!!! He does some a-mazing reflexology!!!!
I love this place. Dawn and everyone else is amazing. I was able to relax and enjoy myself. Also not a very expensive place at all.
Always satisfied! Never waited over 30 minutes when they were super busy! Doan is the best! L❤️VE her! My Mom went with me yesterday and said she's never been treated so gently and professionally. She said she definitely wants to come back ! 👍😃👍
They did a beautiful job on my nails & toes however they hustled me, I only asked repeatedly for a pedicure, the guy just started doing my nails I asked him If it was part of the package cuz I again only want the pedicure he said uh huh yeah! Anyways I got hustled big time next time I'll rip my hands away & sit on em!
