Nice in every way - clean, professional, peaceful and pleasant. The dip manicure lasted almost 3 weeks before it had just grown off too much to keep, and the services I received both having the nails done initially and at removal were gentle, friendly and quick.
Made an appt. when I got there they couldn’t find my appt, then said someone wrote it down in wrong book! ( told me I’m sorry but you will have to wait). Still had to wait close to 30 minutes after appt time. In between getting pedi and mani I still had to wait! I was there a total of 3 hours! Crazy! They did a good job on mani and pedi (very sweet ladies) just took a very long time and workers did not act like they even knew what was going on. Very chaotic!!!
The manager was incredibly attentive; ms. Nancy was amazing and made my feet look great. Everything was so enjoyable. And the little one even got her nails and toes does in a cute princess chair. ♡♡

I recently got both a pedicure and gel manicure from POSH and had a great time. They were very kind, professional, and did a great job! They even fixed a chipped nail for me a couple days afterwards for free. Loved the customer service!!
I look forward to getting my dip nails and pedi from here... Nancy is great and remembers how I like my nails... The one time I did not approve it was immediately taken care of... If u don't like there is always other places ( less clean and friendly) but maybe that's where u need to go
They could offer better customer service. Often, the employees and/or owners argue with the customers. I will never go back here.
I went in and signed up for a pedicure and nail dip. They refused to complete there service due to lack of time. If they didn’t believe they could complete everything they should of said something at the beginning before I started.
