Nails trim and file is referring to just that..trim and file to the natural shape of nails. We provide this service for people that are not capable of bending to trim their toe nails or has arthritis, etc that cannot use clippers to trim their nails. Nail trim/file is completely different from shaping nails to form an extreme look. Here at Posh, we do not overcharge people. Our price is what it is for certain reasons. We are not like typical nail salons out there. I'm sorry if there are any confusions.

Lengthy conversation again is because I had to wait on Michael to get done talking with Ken. 2 phone calls less than 5 mins. I had to explain to Selly why we cannot accept verbal charge, in case you asked her why not? This is a good opportunity for her to learn more about the business. We have reviewed your visit here three weeks ago and we do stand behind our work. You have failed to mentioned you had tips put on. The nail tech had to roughen up the part of the real nail inorder for the tips to adhere to your nails. Thus will leave a line across your nails. Thank you, Tonya, for giving me the chance to show you other options. Gel manicure and dipping powder are the best alternatives than acrylic nails for sure. They both have more pros than con. If done correctly they provide strength and durability. Sometimes inexperience or mediocre nail techs didn't do any justice to the products. Once again, thanks for allowing me to introduce the gel manicure to you. I'm glad we got you fixed up ;-)
