I work at the 701 Brickell ave at an international bank for years and decided to give it a try to this salon due to the convenience of the location (the lobby of my office). Biggest regret of my life! Even calling me in advance to make sure I’d be there on time, so, obviously I was there 5 sharp, they decided to help a lady before me, maybe a friend or something… After more then 15 minutes waiting, I decided to ask what was going on and found out the lady was a friend of an employee (or something like it…) Ridiculous!
