Silvana has been my stylist for 14 years! People always ask where I get my hair done...she does such a great job! Plus, I love the gift of choice during your birthday month!
My service was very good, but I was put off by idle operators hanging out at the reception desk. On my way in, one stylists was flossing his teeth while talking to the receptionists. He was still there doing the the same thing when I finished! Yuck!
