I have been going there for many years. I have had good experiences each time. I go for color, perms and cuts, so I'm there several times a year. I have found everyone to be pleasant. I rarely need to wait. Jean has been my stylist for 21 years.
I just there, and they are excellent Ruth gave me the best deep tissue message ever.!!! She's awesome!! I also had an amazing facial from Nora. She gave me more than a facial,, she moved me with her stories, which help me move than she knows. Thank you both

Horrible customer service. The stylist yelled at me for being 5 min late and lectured me on why my hair would take longer then they booked time for. In addition, she yelled at the receptionist in front of me for booking my appointment wrong, which was totally inappropriate! When I said I wanted to leave because she was stressing me out she blocked my way out and tried to get me to stay. She continued to block my way even after I asked her nicely to move. I would never go and pay that much for a hair cut, if I wasn't expectin... read more
Workers block the door and smoke. People smell like smoke. They won't even move aside for you to get in. Go to James Anthony now. No smoking.
Poor receptionists, booking errors, rude, poor customer service. Owners are all about the numbers, not the quality.
