Hello, I would like to file a complaint regarding the service at your store. I purchased two hair dyes (shade “medium brown”), along with additional products that were recommended by your employee. For a beauty store that is supposed to help you when you have questions, this store does no such thing. I asked for advice and received blank stares and a product shoved in my face that was on sale that was absolutely not what I was looking for and then no further help was offered. Unfriendly service. I go in here often and have never felt welcomed. If you don't speak Spanish the ladies working want nothing to do with you. Best customer service !!! Jennifer is always there to help find things. Very helpful and pleasant to deal with and she doesn't get annoyed.

Unpleasant Experience at Sally’s Mindtown - Cold Treatment and Untimely Closure I recently had a disheartening experience at Sally’s Mindtown, and I feel it’s essential to share my disappointment. Despite the website stating a 7 p.m. closing time, I arrived at 7:03, possibly 7:04 at most.
