The Sally store on 3703 W. Flagler St. povides excellent service quality. Jubisa is extremely professional, kind and friendly. This is my favorite Sally store in Miami and I have lived in this city over 35 years.

El peor servicio. Se creen que aún están en Cuba. Yo salí sin comprar nada por el mal trato. No se una empleada, sino ambas. Mejor manejaba otro lugar. No gastes tu dinero donde no te tratan bien.
I placed an order this morning for 2 hour delivery, when my order arrived one of the items was missing. I called them over 9 times and nothing, they said their phones are not working. My mother went in for me to get the product and they said they shipped it in the bag and blamed the delivery driver. The bag was fully closed, I ripped off the staples! The manger or so she says she’s the manger was nasty (I was on the phone with my mom) and said she was not gonna help and to call the driver company… I finally called the 1-800 ... read more
