After I left my negative review , I realized that I was actually next door at Cosmo Prof! Because these two stores are next-door to each other, I feel like it’s really easy to get confused about which store is which. Cosmo closes at 6 PM and Sally’s at 8 PM and I bet a lot of people think they are Sally’s. This Sally’s location is great and everybody that works there is very kind and helpful!

The Sally store on 3703 W. Flagler St. povides excellent service quality. Jubisa is extremely professional, kind and friendly. This is my favorite Sally store in Miami and I have lived in this city over 35 years.
