I was in awe at the level of service I received. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my daughters well-being. His advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. My kids & I love Dr. Ralph Salimpour....he is such a very good Doctor.

Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? Yes, I had to wait quite a while Did this provider seem up-to-date with the current advancements in their field? They seemed to know enough Does the pediatrician get upset when you seek a second opinion? No, they didn't get upset Were the restrooms well-stocked at this provider's office? Sometimes, but most of the time they aren't Was the waiting area spacious? Yes

Does this provider have helpful information available online? No, just a basic listings page Is this pediatrician patient with first-time mothers? Definitely! They are happy to answer every first-time mother's question, no matter how basic Did this pediatrician have toys, magazines or TV's in the waiting room? Yes

Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? All the time. They accuse me of making problems up Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, there was no annoying music Does this pediatrician emphasize preventative care, such as child safety and nutrition? Somewhat, but not enough

I was never able to relax during my appointment. I was on edge the whole time. Whenever I have a question, even if it's very basic, they always make me schedule an appointment, which is extremely frustrating. They were extremely late to all my appointments. I always had to wait over an hour for them to show up. They were far to arrogant to get any sort of outside advice, even though they knew they should. Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most. I'll definitely be going back. I didn't have a bad experience. Their office was clean enough, nothing special though. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne.
