Was this provider's staff friendly? Not Really Did this provider rush your appointment? Yes, I barely had any time to ask questions If your child is sick can the pediatrician see him/her on the same day? No, but they're usually seen pretty quickly Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? No, it took a while Does this provider remember you by name? Never, they can't even remember throughout my appointment

Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff made me feel stupid for calling. I avoided calling because I didn't want to feel stupid. They were extremely argumentative and became angry very easily. I was trying to explain my situation and they just contradicted everything I was saying before I could finish. Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? No, they've never taken personal calls with me Did they follow up with you after your appointment? No. I still haven't talked to them. Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Were the staff members able to answer your questions? They were rarely able to answer any of my questions Does this provider always put the customer first? No, putting customers first doesn't really seem to be a priority to them Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? Does this pediatrician emphasize preventative care, such as child safety and nutrition? Somewhat, but not enough Was this provider's office too loud? No, it wasn't too loud Did this provider thoroughly explain the risks and benefits of your treatment? They were explained, but not thoroughly Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? No, it is their way or the highway Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? I was very excited to meet Dr. Salimpour based on all of the wonderful reviews, but his front office treated me so horribly I never had the opportunity to meet him myself. I left 3 messages and never got a call back. Finally on my 4th time of calling, someone answered. I began to share with them that My 2 year old came down with a really bad cold and horrible cough the night before. They told me I could walk in before 11 am. I arrived at 10:40am only to walk into an office with at least 40 people in the waiting room. It rese... read more

Did the pediatrician ever make you feel uncomfortable or stupid for asking for additional details? No, they didn't make me feel uncomfortable or stupid Was the waiting area spacious? Yes Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Yes, he/she looked very professional Did this provider answer all of your questions? Some were answered Is this provider's business conveniently located? Sort of, but its pretty far away from everything

Was this provider's office too loud? Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? Never!
