Worst service department. Waited over a month for appt and on the day I brought it in, you had my car 4.5 hours before calling to tell me you couldn't get to it and could I leave it another day. Losing my car for one day is manageable, I am lucky to have good friends to help me out, but two day is unacceptable--how about offering me a loaner car?? Will definitely go elsewhere for service in the future.
One of the worst dealerships. Unethical bullys and I would highly recommend not to purchase from them.

This is the worst service center that we have ever dealt with. They had our car for over 10 hours at an appointment time that they picked. When we went to pick up the car, they didn't even do any work. They claimed that they called us to say that they couldn't do the work, but since they "couldn't" reach us, they did nothing. Let's see, they have had my car for a month. They have told me that it would "probably be ready" for the last 5 business days, which means that for the last 5 business days I have had to make arrangements for it to get picked up... only to be told that it would "probably be ready" tomorrow. I'm not even going to get into how much they royally screwed up on getting the warrantee submitted.
