I just purchased a Jeep this week from Paul Shorrock. He was very knowledgeable and professional. Since the vehicle is new I haven't experienced their service department.
I've had too many Jeeps to mention and I continue to come back to Salerno Duane in Summit. I've been doing business with Paul Shorrock for over 20 years and he's always straightforward, honest and efficient too!
Unfortunately, I need to update my review. A month after purchasing the vehicle, due to the oil filter not being installed properly, almost all of the oil drained from the car. Salerno's service department was very slow in replying. Eventually they offered to reimburse me for a new filter, but when I sent the receipt they never did, despite repeated calls. I purchased a 2014 Acura MDX from John and Alexa and had a great experience. Very personable. No pressure. Great vehicle and fairly priced!!
