I had a great experience with Sergio. Very painless experience doing a trade in of a Jeep Compass for a Dodge Durango. I felt respected and taken care of, and the dealership itself was very comfortable for me and my family (including a 2 year old who came for the entirety of the transaction)!
Our transaction with Sergio Ovalle and everyone at Salerno Duane Dodge was extremely satisfying. We had a high value trade-in that was treated as such without any push or pull. More importantly while we were in the process of purchasing a vehicle through Sergio we were treated with respect and very fairly. In the past I have dreaded going to a car dealership looking for a vehicle...after this experience I have no plans to go elsewhere.
