Along with the beautiful architecture and impeccable view, the customer service alone deserves these 5 stars! Very very very happy!
Another great facial by Maribel at the spa. The facilities are beautiful and very relaxing. It's my second facial and this will be my regular spot as a local. Only glitch was my confirmation call the day before was for an hour before my scheduled appointment. I should have known since my original appointment card said 10 am not 9 am. Oh well, an extra hour in the whirlpool sipping cucumber infused water.
We don't want to leave tomorrow but we will be back! This resort is one of our favorites and we are hotel snobs.... the property is gorgeous, the staff from the valet to the turndown staff is amazing! The restaurants,bar, valet, front desk staff, pool, fire pit, bikes and gym were top notch! The small details you have added including the gift for our anniversary was amazing- thank-you! The only problem is we don't want to leave!!! Can't wait to come back!!!!!
We are local and stayed this past weekend for my birthday...what a beautiful place and the staff was great. We will definitely be back and recommend this place to any of our out of town family and friends
