I'm very disappointed about the spa! I am a local and have been super excited to try it so myself and a friend booked a facial on Saturday. The spa was over booked with absolutely no where to sit or enjoy the amenities that it has to offer. There was trash everywhere, cans over flowing onto the floor, and the whirlpool was very cloudy. We manage large resort properties and the cloudiness of the whirlpool concerned me enough to not get in. The service itself was great but will not be back unfortunately!
Top Notch. The rooms are amazing, like a spa experience. I wish all Hotels were this luxurious. 💖
First class elegance befitting a high end resort. Didn’t stay there, just enjoyed a Christmas banquet of wonderful food eloquently displayed . The service staff was top notch.
Such a beautiful resort and very professional. Very helpful and friendly staff. The dining and lounge are exceptional. The Salamander Spa is definitely worth every penny!!
